Diversity at the Faculty

In accordance with the many activities and newly created contact points at RUB on the topics of diversity and antidiscrimination, the Faculty of Psychology has set itself the goal of supporting the diversity of its students and employees, promoting inclusion and reducing discrimination. In this way, the design of an appreciative and inclusive study and work environment is to be further strengthened and brought into focus.
 
Therefore, the Faculty of Psychology would like to create a contact point to which its students and employees can turn in confidence if they need advice and support on the topics of diversity, inclusion and discrimination. This contact point will serve as an interface to the newly established central counseling services at RUB. The aim is thus also to show those persons seeking advice the various options and to refer them to the appropriate central offices.
